    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur pengembangan modul praktikum menerapkan teknik pengolahan dengan suhu tinggi dan mengetahui kelayakan modul tersebut menurut ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli bahasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research & Development (R&D) yang meliputi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk dan revisi, uji coba pemakaian dan revisi produk, dan produksi masal. Kelayakan modul praktikum ini ditentukan dari hasil validasi yang terdiri atas validasi materi, validasi media, validasi bahasa, serta angket penilaian siswa. Kelayakan modul praktikum ini dilihat dari skor yang diberikan oleh validator materi, media, dan bahasa dengan skor persentase berturut-turut 79,16% (baik/layak), 70,83% (baik/layak) dan 97,91% (sangat baik/sangat layak). Modul praktikum menerapkan teknik pengolahan dengan suhu tinggi ini pun dinilai baik menurut penilaian angket siswa terutama dalam hal teks atau tulisan pada modul ini mudah dibaca dan gambar yang disajikan sudah sesuai dengan materi. Pada uji coba pemakaian modul praktikum ini, berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, terdapat 80% siswa yang telah mencapai nilai KKM.
    This study aims to determine the lab module development procedure that applies high temperature processing technique, and to determine the feasibility of the module according to material experts, media specialists, and linguists. The method used is the Research & Development (R&D) which includes the potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, the revised design, product testing and revision, testing and revision product usage, and mass product. Feasibility lab module is determined from the results of the validation which consists of material validation, media validation, validation language, as well as student assessment questionnaire. Feasibility lab module is seen from the scores given by the validator materials, media and language with a percentage scoreof 79,16% respectively (good/decent), 70,83% (good/decent) and 97,91% (very good/very decent). The high temperature processing technique applied in the lab module is rated as good bassed on students’ questionnaire assessment, especially in the caseof text or writing which is easy to read with the addition of the images presented which are in accordance with the material. At the rial the use of this lab module, a positive effect is shown on the student learning outcomes, there are 80%of the students who have reached the KKM.
