Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh asumsi mengenai kualitas pelayanan di Klub Bulutangkis Indonesia yang diabaikan sehingga para atlet tidak puas terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik korelasional yang bertujuan, (1) untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas pelayanan di PB. Mutiara Bandung, (2) untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepuasan atlet terhadap kualitas pelayanan PB. Mutiara Bandung, dan (3) untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan atlet. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 60 orang. Instrumen yang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket kualitas pelayanan dan angket kepuasan atlet. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, (1) gambaran kualitas pelayanan PB. Mutiara 25 orang responden (41,7%) menyatakan kualitas pelayanan PB. Mutiara Bandung cukup baik, (2) gambaran kepuasan atlet terhadap kualitas pelayanan PB. Mutiara Bandung 30 orang responden (50%) menyatakan cukup puas dengan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, dan (3) terdapat hubungan yang tinggi dan siignifkan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan atlet dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,641. Dari hasil penelitian ini peneliti memberikan saran agar para klub bulutangkis, untuk lebih memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan yang dibeirkan kepada atlet dari segi tangible, realbility, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty agar para atlet merasa puas. This study aims to discover student learning outcomes difference between the class that applied Problem Based Learning (PBL) model and the class that did not, on accounting subjects in SMA 26 Bandung. This study is using quasi-experimental method with Posttest Only Design With Nonequivalenr Group design. Samples in this study are using purposive sampling, class XI IPS 1 as control class with 42 students and XI IPS 2 as experimental class with 42 student.. Results of statistical testing by using normality test chi square obtained _count^2= 5.570 in the experimental class, while the control class derived _count^2= 10,990 with significance level of 0.05 and df=6 which is 12,592, this shows that the data distribution is normal, hypothesis testing using t-test obtained t_count= 2.217 and t_table= 1.98 with a significance level of 0.05 and df= 82 with t_count>t_table. The study results showed that H1 is tested and true accepted.
