Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai efektivitas praktikum berbasis pemodelan dalam pembelajaran sistem ekskresi dalam hal pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah satu kelas XI SMA yang ditentukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa instrumen yaitu perangkat penilaian tes yang terdiri dari soal uraian serta perangkat penilaian non-tes yang terdiri dari rubrik penilaian kinerja praktikum dan rubrik penilaian laporan praktikum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan praktikum berbasis pemodelan tidak efektif dalam pembelajaran sistem ekskresi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan persentase ketuntasan dari rata-rata nilai kinerja, laporan dan tes pasca praktikum yang hanya mencapai 64.1%. Kata-kata kunci: efektivitas, praktikum, pemodelan, pembelajaran sistem ekskresi. This research aims to obtain information on effectiveness of practical work based modeling in system excretion learning. The effectiveness of practical work in this research is level of achievement learning objectives that has been designed before. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Subject in this research used as many as one class grade XI, that specified with clusters random sampling technique. The instrument used in this research is the assessment test consisting of essay and non-test assessment tools consisting of lab performance assessment rubrics and lab report assessment rubric. Based on this research, showed that the percentage of completeness the average scores of the performance assessment, lab reports and reached 64.1%. Effectiveness criteria that used in this research is learning to be effective when the percentage of completeness scores student > 75%. Based on the research that has been carried out, showing that the practical work based modeling in system excretion learning has not been effective.
