Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatarbelakang adanya masalah tentang masih rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada Standar Kompetensi Prosedur Administrasi Perkantoran pada kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Bina Warga Lemahabang Cirebon. Hal tersebut sebuah masalah yang harus menjadi perhatian dari guru, supaya menjadi evaluasi untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model cooperative learning teknik make a match dan model cooperative learning teknik NHT. Metode yang digunakan yaitu quasi experimental design jenis nonequivalent control group design. Terdiri dari dua kelas yang secara sengaja dipilih, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model cooperative learning teknik make a match yaitu mencari pasangan kartu pertanyaan dan kartu jawaban yang benar dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model cooperative learning teknik NHT yaitu siswa berdiskusi untuk menyelesaikan pertanyaan. Untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan pretest dan posttest berupa soal pilihan ganda dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Hal tersebut terlihat dari rata-rata gain kelas eksperimen yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan rata-rata gain kelas kontrol. Karena itu, model cooperative learning teknik make a match merupakan salah satu alternatif model pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar. 2. This research background is problems about the less of students learning results in the Administrative Procedure Competency Standards in class X Office Administration in vocational school Bina Warga Lemahabang Cirebon. This is an issue that should be the concern of the teacher, to make an evaluation to achieve the learning objectives. The purpose of this study is to reveal the distinction in student learning result using the model of a Cooperative Learning techniques Make a Match and model of Cooperative Learning techniques NHT. The method of this study is quasi-experimental design types of nonequivalent control group design. It consists of two classes which are intentionally selected, the experimental class that uses the model of Cooperative Learning techniquesMake a Match that is looking for a pair of question cards and a correct answer cards and a control class that uses Cooperative Learning techniques NHT models by students discuss to solve the question. For data collection uses a pretest and posttest which are multiple choice questions and observation sheets. The research result shows that there are differences in student learning results in the experimental class and the control class. It can be seen from the average gain of the experimental class higher than the class average gain control. Therefore, the model of Cooperative Learning techniques of Make a Match is one of the alternative learning models to improve learning result.
