Abstract
Secara umum penelitian bertujuan untuk merumuskan program hipotetik bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan perilaku sosial peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap seluruh populasi peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif dan alat pengungkap data menggunakan teknik non-tes berupa angket yang mengungkap perilaku sosial peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan gambaran umum perilaku sosial peserta didik berada pada kualifikasi sedang, baik pada kategori kecenderungan peranan, kecenderungan sosiometrik, dan kecenderungan ekspresif. Kata kunci: Perilaku Sosial, Program Bimbingan dan Konseling, Peserta Didik Generally, the aim of the research is to formulate guidance and counseling hypothetic program for increasing social behavior of 7th grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Bandung year 2012/2013. The research was carried to all population of 7th grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Bandung year 2012/2013. The approach applied on this research was quantitative with descriptive research method and the data revealing tool that used was non test technique in the form of questionnaire which revealed students’ social behavior. The result of the research described that general description of students’ social behavior was on medium qualification on role disposition, sociometric disposition, and expressive disposition category.
