Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara religiusitas, etos kerja, dan kinerja yang ditujukan pada subjek guru sekolah beryayasan Kristen di Bandung. Hipotesis awal yang diajukan pada penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan antara religiusitas, etos kerja dan kinerja pada guru sekolah beryayasan Kristen. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 72 orang guru yang terdiri dari guru SD, SMP, dan SMA. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen pengukuran skala religiusitas yang telah dimodifikasi dari Fretzer Institute, serta skala etos kerja dan kinerja yang disusun oleh peneliti. Hasil analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Pearson Product Moment pada hubungan religiusitas dan kinerja, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,573 dengan p=0,000 (p<0,05). Dan analisis data pada hubungan etos kerja dan kinerja menggunakan teknik korelasi Spearman dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,696 dengan p=0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara religiusitas, etos kerja dan kinerja pada guru sekolah beryayasan Kristen di Bandung dengan korelasi 0,748. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapat, peneliti merekomendasikan agar sekolah sebagai institusi pendidikan tempat guru bekerja memperhatikan faktor religiusitas dan etos kerja dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci : Religiusitas, Etos Kerja, Kinerja This study aims to determine the relationship between religiosity, work ethic, and performance aimed at the subject Christian Foundation School Teacher in Bandung. Initial hypothesis proposed in this study is the relationship between religiosity, work ethic and performance on Christian Foundation School Teacher. The sample in this study amounted to 72 people consisting of teachers from elementary school, junior high school, and senior high school. The data was collected using measurement instruments religiosity scale has been modified from Fretzer Institute, as well as the work ethic and performance scale developed by the researchers. Results of data analysis using Pearson Product Moment correlation technique on the relationship of religiosity and performance, with a correlation value of 0.573 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05). And analysis of data on work ethic and performance relationship using Spearman correlation technique with correlation value of 0.696 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between religiosity, work ethic and performance on Christian Foundation School Teacher in Bandung with score correlation 0.748. Based on the research results obtained, the researcher recommends that the school as an educational institution where teachers work taking heed of religiosity and work ethic in order to improve teacher performance.
