Abstract

Perencanaan pembelajaran adalah mata kuliah yang menjadi bekal saat pelaksanaan Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL), pada kenyataannya terdapat materi yang diajarkan tetapi tidak diterapkan pada saat PPL dan materi yang tidak diajarkan tetapi diterapkan pada saat PPL. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran manfaat hasil belajar “perencanaan pembelajaran” pada mahasiswa Prodi Tata Boga dalam pelaksanaan PPL. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan jumlah anggota populasi sebanyak 48 orang, yaitu mahasiswa Pendidikan Tata Boga 2010 yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah perencanaan pembelajaran dan telah melaksanakan PPL. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manfaat hasil belajar “perencanaan pembelajaran” terhadap pelaksanaan PPL berada pada kriteria sangat bermanfaat. Saran ditunjukan kepada mahasiswa agar mempertahankan wawasan dan mengembangkan keterampilan yang telah dimiliki. Kata kunci: Manfaat, Hasil Belajar, Perencanaan Pembelajaran, Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) The planning of learning is courses to be armed during the execution of the program field experience, in fact, there is lesson that is taught but is not applied at the time of program field experience and there is lesson that is not taught but is applied at the time of program field experience. The purpose of this research was to obtain an overview the benefits of planning outcomes learning on college students of program study cullinary education 2010. The research method used was descriptive method with a number of members of a population by as much as 48 people, students of program study cullinary education 2010 who have followed the courses planning of learning and has been held program field experience. Technique of data collection is carried out by questionnaire. Result of this reasearch showed that the benefits of planning learning outcomes to the implementation of program field experience located on a very useful criterion. The advice presented to the students in order to maintain and develop the skills and insights that are owned. Key words: Benefits, Learning outcomes, Planning of Learning, Program Field Experience
