Abstract
Berkembangnya teknologi otomatis menuntut kemudahan dalam aktifitas manusia sehari-hari. Sistem teknologi otomatis tersebut kini semakin berkembang, bahkan telah merambah ke tempat tinggal manusia itu sendiri atau lebih dikenal dengan Rumah Cerdas. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sebuah alat kontrol rumah cerdas berbasis PLC (Programmable Logic Control) dengan SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) sebagai HMI (Human Machine Interface). Alat ini terintegrasi dengan beberapa sensor seperti, sensor suhu, sensor gas, sensor PIR(gerak) , sensor jarak, sensor cahaya (LDR) yang terhubung dengan PLC produksi Scheider Electric varian Twido series dengan tipe TWDLCAE40DRF yang memiliki 24 input dan 16 output ditambah modul expansion TM2AMI4LT sebagai input analog ke PLC. Alat ini juga dilengkapi dengan teknologi RFID sebagai kunci digital. Alat ini dapat mengontrol berbagai peralatan rumah tangga dari jarak jauh dengan perantara aplikasi Team Viewer yang terpasang di server dan ponsel Android sebagai remote. Peralatan yang dikontrol adalah 6 buah lampu, 2 buah kipas, dan 1 buah buzzer. Selain dikontrol menggunakan remote peralatan tersebut juga dikontrol oleh sensor-sensor yang terpasang. Sistem ini dapat dipantau melalui SCADA yang juga menampilkan data-data berupa grafik dan log event (daftar kejadian) yang dapat dicetak. The automated technology systems is increasingly growing, even has penetrated into human habitation itself, or better known as Smart Home. In this study designed a smart home controller-based PLC (Programmable Logic Control) with SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) as HMI (Human Machine Interface). This device is integrated with multiple sensors such as temperature sensors, gas sensors, PIR sensor (motion), proximity sensor, light sensor (LDR) connected with PLC production of Schneider Electric variants Twido series with type TWDLCAE40DRF which has 24 inputs and 16 outputs plus module TM2AMI4LT expansion as an analog input to a PLC.. This device is also equipped with RFID technology as a digital key. This device can control various home appliances remotely with intermediaries Team Viewer application installed on the server and the Android phone as a remote. Controlled equipment is 6 lamps, 2 pieces of fan, and 1 piece buzzer. In addition to using remote controlled equipment is also controlled by sensors installed. This system can also be monitored via SCADA displays the data in the form of graphs and event logs (list of events) that can be printed. Keywords :PLC , SCADA, HMI, Control, Smarthouse, RFID, Sensor
