Abstract
Wasit merupakan komponen penting dalam pertandingan. Dalam permainan bola voli keberadaan wasit selalu dijadikan alasan kekalahan dan kemenangan bagi salah satu tim. Oleh karena itu kinerja wasit selalu disoroti oleh penonton, pelatih, pemain dan pihak-pihak lainnya, kinerja wasit dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya klasifikasi wasit nasional dan pengalaman mewasiti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara klasifikasi wasit nasional dan pengalaman mewasiti dengan kinerja wasit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan deskripstif korelasional. Sampel penelitian adalah wasit bola voli yang memiliki lisensi nasional yang berjumlah 18 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Purpossive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah menggunakan data dokumentasi untuk klasifikasi wasit nasional dan pengalaman mewasiti, sedangkan untuk mengetes kinerja wasit menggunakan Form FIVB Official Form R-4 Referee Evaluation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara klasifikasi wasit nasional dengan kinerja wasit (R = 0,575). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengalaman mewasiti dengan kinerja wasit (R = 0.710). Terdapat hubungan bersama yang signifikan antara klasifikasi wasit nasional dan pengalaman mewasiti dengan kinerja wasit (R = 0,822). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: klasifikasi wasit nasional dan pengalaman mewasiti secara bersama-sama mempunyai hubungan yang positif dengan kinerja wasit bola voli. The referee is an important component in the game. In a volleyball game where the referee is always an excuse for the defeat and victory of one team. Therefore, the performance of the referee is always highlighted by spectators, coaches, players and other parties, the referee's performance is affected by several factors, including the classification of national umpire and umpiring experience. This study aims to determine the relationship between the classification of national referees and referee experience with the performance of the referee. The research method used in this study is the correlational approach deskripstif. The study sample was a volleyball referee who has a national license, amounting to 18 people, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The instrument used is the use of data classification documentation for national referees and referee experience, whereas to test the performance of the referee uses FIVB Official Form Form R-4 Referee Evaluation. The results showed a significant correlation between the performance of the national classification referee (R = 0.575). There is a significant relationship between the experience of umpiring with the performance of referee (R = 0.710). There is a significant relationship between the classifications along national referee and the experience of umpiring with the performance of referee (R = 0.822). Based on the results of this study concluded that: classification of national referees and referee experience together has a positif relationship with performance of referee volleyball.
