Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kebingungan guru akan pengimplementasian kurikulum 2013 yang menggunakan pembelajaran tematik. Sebagai respon kondisi yang ada, maka termotivasi untuk melaksanakan pelatihan pembelajaran tematik melalui media angklung sebagai alternatif model pembelajaran yang dapat guru aplikasikan dan kembangkan saat mengajar. Materi yang diajarkan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru pada aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan. Tujuan dilakukanya penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang kondisi objektif, membuat rancangan model pembelajaran dan pelatihan, mengimplementasikan model pelatihan serta melihat efektivitas model pembelarajn tematik terpadu melalui media angklung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest. Hasil temuan dari pelatihan ini yaitu; 1) Pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta mengenai pemanfaatan angklung dalam pembelajaran tematik terpadu setelah mengikuti pelatihan meningkat. 2) Sikap dan perilaku peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan dapat meningkatkan kreativitas untuk mengaplikasikan model di kelas. 3) Metode yang digunakan dalam proses pelatihan dinilai sudah efektif dan efisien This research is motivated confusion will teachers implementing the curriculum in 2013 that uses thematic learning. The material taught aims to improve the competence of teachers in the aspect of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The purpose of this study dilakukanya to obtain a description of the objective conditions, making the design model of learning and training, implement the training model and the effectiveness of integrated thematic teaching models through the media angklung. The method used in this study is the experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design. The findings of this training, namely; 1) Knowledge and skills of the participants regarding the utilization of angklung in an integrated thematic learning after training increased. 2) The attitude and behavior of the participants after the training can enhance the creativity to apply the model in the class. 3) The method used in the training process is considered to be effective and efficient.
