Abstract
Akmal Chandra Kusuma (2109447). Pengaruh Job demand dan Job Insecurity terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan di Kota Bandung. Skripsi Program Studi Psikologi, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Bandung (2025). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job demand dan Job Insecurity terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel Penelitian berjumlah 330 responden dengan karakteristik karyawan yang bekerja di Kota Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non-Probability Convenience Sampling. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari Job demands-Resources Questionnaire Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Bakker (2014) dan telah diadaptasi oleh Adelia (2017), Job Insecurity Questionnaire yang dikembangkan oleh Pienaar (2013) dan telah diadaptasi oleh Safitri (2023), serta Turnover Intention Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Mobley (1978) dan telah diadaptasi oleh Setialestari (2015). Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Job demand dan Job Insecurity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. The research sample consisted of 330 respondents with characteristics of employees working in Bandung City. The sampling technique used was Non-Probability Convenience Sampling. The research instruments consist of the Job demands-Resources Questionnaire Scale developed by Bakker (2014) and adapted by Adelia (2017), the Job Insecurity Questionnaire developed by Pienaar (2013) and adapted by Safitri (2023), and the Turnover Intention Scale developed by Mobley (1978) and adapted by Setialestari (2015). Data analysis used simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed that Job demand and Job Insecurity significantly influenced Turnover Intention.
