Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Naskah Dinas Elektronik (NADINE) berdasarkan model End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), dengan variabel yang diteliti meliputi content, accuracy, format, timeliness, dan ease of use. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai Kantor Wilayah Jawa Barat, dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 127 pegawai dari berbagai bidang atau bagian sebagai pengguna aplikasi NADINE. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan penyebaran angket. Wawancara digunakan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai penggunaan aplikasi pengelolaan surat NADINE serta mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang relevan, sedangkan angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data kuantitatif yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan CFA guna menguji kesesuaian model pengukuran kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh faktor yang diuji berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi pengelolaan surat NADINE. Faktor content memiliki pengaruh terbesar sebesar 37,551%, diikuti oleh accuracy sebesar 9,250%, format sebesar 7,109%, ease of use sebesar 6,391%, dan timeliness sebesar 5,643%, menunjukkan kontribusi relatif tiap faktor terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas isi informasi merupakan faktor dominan dalam membentuk kepuasan pengguna aplikasi NADINE, sehingga peningkatan mutu informasi dan keandalan sistem menjadi aspek penting dalam pengembangan aplikasi pengelolaan surat di lingkungan instansi pemerintah, sekaligus memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan aplikasi yang lebih efektif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing user satisfaction with the Electronic Official Letter Application (NADINE) based on the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. The variables examined in this study include content, accuracy, format, timeliness, and ease of use. The research was conducted at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, West Java Regional Office, involving 127 employees from various divisions or sections as users of the NADINE application. The research method employed was Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Data collection was conducted through interviews and questionnaires. Interviews were used to obtain an understanding of the use of the NADINE official letter management application and to identify relevant issues, while questionnaires were used to collect quantitative data, which were then analyzed using CFA to test the fit of the user satisfaction measurement model. The results indicate that all examined factors significantly affect user satisfaction with the NADINE application. The content factor has the greatest influence at 37.551%, followed by accuracy at 9.250%, format at 7.109%, ease of use at 6.391%, and timeliness at 5.643%, indicating the relative contribution of each factor to user satisfaction. These findings confirm that the quality of information is the dominant factor in shaping user satisfaction with NADINE, highlighting that improving information quality and system reliability is essential in the development of official letter management applications within government institutions. Furthermore, the results provide a basis for developing applications that are more effective and responsive to user needs.
