Abstract
Pembelajaran yang dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak menekankan pada pembentukan sikap mental wirausaha siswa dengan harapan terbentuknya sikap mental wirausaha tersebut dapat memberi pengaruh positif terhadap tumbuhnya minat berwirausaha siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap mental wirausaha siswa, mengetahui minat berwirausaha siswa, dan mengetahui pengaruh sikap mental kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII Program keahlian Agribisnis Hasil Pertanian SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Agribisnis Hasil Pertanian SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak dan sampel penelitian adalah 65 siswa kelas XII A1-A5 yang terdiri dari 13 siswa. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei eksplanatori, dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah, uji normalitas data, uji linearitas, uji korelasi, uji signifikan dengan uji t dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis koefisien determinasi dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sikap mental wirausaha dan minat berwirausaha siswa memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,04 dan 4,49 temasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan analisis koefisien determinasi sikap mental wirausaha siswa memiliki pengaruh sebesar 18,5% terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa dan memiliki persamaan hasil analisis regresi sederhana yaitu Y^'=40,702+0,547X. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif antara sikap mental wirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak program keahlian Agribisnis Hasil Pertanian. Sikap mental wirausaha dan minat berwirausaha siswa sudah sangat baik hendaknya dipertahankan oleh siswa dan sekolah juga hendaknya mempertahankan dan terus lebih ditingkatkan, baik dalam pemberian teori maupun praktek, sehingga seluruh siswa SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak memiliki sikap mental wirausaha dan minat berwirausaha yang baik secara merata. The learning have been done at SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak emphasizes the formation of the mental attitude of entrepeneurship in the hope that can give a positive effect on the occurrence of the students interest in entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine the mental attitude of the students in entrepreneurship, knowing the interest of the students in entrepreneurship, and determine the influences of the mental attitude of the students in entrepreneurship towards the interest in entrepreneurship of the students of class XII Program Keahlian Agribisnis Hasil Pertanian SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak. Population of this study is the students of class XII Program Keahlian Agribisnis Hasil Pertanian SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak and the sample is 65 students of class XII A1-A5 consisting of 13 students. The method used in this study is explanatory survey with data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis used is the test for normality, linearity test, correlation test, significant by t test, and test hypotheses using the coefficient of determination and analysis of simple regression. Study result showed that the mental attitude of entrepreneurship and interest in entrepreneurship student have an average value of 4,04 and 4,49 were include in the excellent category. Based analysis of the determination coeffiecient mental attitude of entrepreneurship student have influence of 18,5% of interest in entrepreneurship student and has the equation result simple regression analysiss that is Y^'=40,702+0,547X. The conclusions of this study is, there is positive influences between the mental attitude in entrepreneurship towards the interest in entrepreneurship of the students of class XII Program Keahlian Agribisnis Hasil Pertanian SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak. The mental attitude of entrepreneurship and interest in entrepreneurship student are evaluated as very good to be preserved by the student and the school also should maintain and improved both in theory and also prattice, so that is all students of SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak have the mental attitude and interest in entrepreneurship a good evenly.
