    Abstract

    Pada Gedung D Fakultas Pendidikan Teknik dan Industri UPI, sistem kontrol monitoring pencahayaan yang terpasang saat ini belum termonitor dan terkontrol secara menyeluruh. Pengelolaan sistem pencahayaan secara manual pada gedung bertingkat seringkali kurang fleksibel dan juga tidak mendukung sistem monitoring secara terpusat pada keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat simulasi sistem Building Management System (BMS) berbasis Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Human Machine Interface (HMI), dan Web sebagai solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut. Sistem yang dikembangkan dirancang untuk mengontrol dan memonitor pencahayaan berdasarkan grup lampu pada tiap lantai gedung yang terdiri dari delapan lantai dengan total 153 grup lampu. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan simulasi yang meliputi perancangan logika kontrol dengan PLC Omron CJ2M, pembuatan antarmuka menggunakan HMI Weintek MT8103iE melalui perangkat lunak EasyBuilder Pro, dan integrasi komunikasi data dengan web berbasis protokol MQTT yang terhubung melalui middleware KEPServerEX. Perancangan sistem difokuskan pada lantai 3 sebagai model simulasi antarmuka dan implementasi, sementara pada tahap pengujianya dilakukan pada seluruh grup lampu dari lantai LG hingga lantai 7. Fitur utama dalam sistem ini meliputi kontrol dua arah dari HMI dan web, monitoring status grup, serta penjadwalan otomatis melalui fungsi scheduler HMI. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur sistem, baik dari sisi kontrol maupun monitoring berfungsi sesuai dengan rancangan. Selain itu, fitur penjadwalan dapat menjalanlan proses otomatisasi nyala dan mati grup lampu berdasarkan waktu yang telah ditentukan pada HMI. Dengan begitu, sistem Building Management System berbasis PLC, HMI, dan Web yang telah dirancang mampu menjalankan fungsi kontrol dan monitoring pencahayaan secara otomatis maupun manual dengan baik. At Building D of the Faculty of Technical and Industrial Education at UPI, the lighting controll monitoring system currently installed is not fully monitored and controlled. Manual management of lighting systems in multi story buildings is often inflexible and does not support centralized monitoring systems. This study aims to design and create a simulation of a Building Management System (BMS) based on a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Human Machine Interface (HMI), and Web as a solution to the aforementioned issues. The developed system is designed to control and monitor lighting based on light groups on each floor of the building, which consists of eight floors with a total of 153 light groups. The research method uses a simulation approach that includes control logic design with Omron CJ2M PLC, interface creation using Weintek MT8103iE HMI through EasyBuilder Pro software, and data communication integration with a web-based MQTT protocol connected through KEPServerEX middleware. The system design focused on the third floor as a simulation model for the interface and implementation, while testing was conducted on all lighting groups from the LG floor to the seventh floor. Key features of the system include two way control from the HMI and web interface, realtime status monitoring, and automatic scheduling via the HMI scheduler function. Testing results using blackbox testing methods indicate that all system features, both control and monitoring, function as designed. Additionally, the scheduling feature can execute the automation process of turning on and off the lighting groups based on the time set in the HMI. Thus, the PLC, HMI, and web based Building Management System designed is capable of performing lighting control and monitoring functions automatically or manually effectively.
