Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi kerja guru. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan rendahnya nilai evaluasi kinerja guru dalam kegiatan merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran yang disebabkan oleh rendahnya motivasi kerja guru. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional Kepala Sekolah (X) dan Motivasi Kerja Guru (Y). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran gaya kepemimpinan situasional Kepala Sekolah, untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi kerja guru, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari gaya kepemimpinan situasional Kepala Sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey, dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran angket menggunakan skala pengukuran rating scale, dengan ukuran populasi 42 orang guru di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh informasi bahwa gaya kepemimpinan situasional Kepala Sekolah berada pada kategori cukup efektif dan motivasi kerja guru berada pada kategori cukup. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan situasional Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. This research was conducted at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. The problems that were analyzed in this research is the low motivation of teachers' work. It is characterized by the low value in the evaluation of teachers performance in learning to activities, implement and evaluating learning caused by low working motivation of teachers. The research consisted of two variables: The Situational Leadership Style of Principal (X) and Working Motivation of Teachers (Y). The purpose of this research is to describe the principal situational leadership style, to reveal the working motivation of teachers, to determine how much influence of situational leadership style of principal on working motivation of teachers. The method that was used in this research is a survey method, the instrument used to collect the data is a setof questionnaire using a rating scale of model, with a population size of 42 teachers at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. The data analysis technique used in this research is a simple linear regression test. Based on the results of the research, obtained information that the situational leadership style of principal in the category are quite effective and working motivation of teachers on quite a category. From the result of hypothesis test that the effectiveness of situational leadership style of the principal significant effect on working motivation of teachers at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi.
