Abstract
Stunting memiliki dampak terhadap perkembangan kognitif dan motorik seorang anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan gerak dasar dan fleksibilitas kognitif siswa sekolah dasar yang sekolahnya berada di wilayah zona stunting. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 185 siswa kelas IV. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen TGMD-3 dan Trail Making Test. Analisis data menggunakan skor standar TGMD-3 dan Trail Making Test. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan dapat diketahui 82% siswa sekolah dasar di wilayah zona stunting memiliki tingkat keterampilan gerak dasar pada kategori rata-rata, dan untuk TMT-A sebanyak 97% siswa berada pada kategori rata-rata dan 3% pada kategori kurang. Adapun untuk TMT-B 99% siswa berada pada kategori rata-rata dan 1% berada pada kategori kurang. Secara keseluruhan sebagian besar siswa berada pada kategori rata-rata untuk keterampilan gerak dasar dan fleksibilitas kognitif. Namun jika dilihat dari perbedaan klasifikasi terindikasi stunting, siswa yang terindikasi stunting memiliki nilai sedikit lebih rendah dari siswa yang tidak terindikasi stunting walaupun keduanya berada kategori rata-rata. Stunting impacts a child's cognitive and motor development. This study aimed to determine the level of basic motor skills and cognitive flexibility of elementary school students whose schools are located in stunting zones. The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative, with a sample size of 185 fourth-grade students. Data collection techniques used the TGMD-3 and Trail Making Test instruments. Data analysis used standard scores of the TGMD-3 and Trail Making Test. Based on the research conducted, it is known that 82% of elementary school students in stunting zones have basic motor skills in the average category, and for TMT-A, 97% of students are in the average category and 3% are in the poor category. As for TMT-B, 99% of students are in the average category and 1% are in the poor category. Overall, most students are in the average category for basic motor skills and cognitive flexibility. However, when looking at the differences in the classification of indicated stunting, students indicated stunting have slightly lower scores than students who are not indicated stunting, although both are in the average category.
