Abstract
Wilayah DKI Jakarta termasuk salah satu wilayah yang memiliki risiko gempa karena terdapat beberapa sesar aktif yang membentang di sekitarnya. Pesatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi meningkatkan kebutuhan pembangunan dan renovasi gedung, sehingga perancangan bangunan bertingkat di Jakarta harus memperhitungkan risiko kegempaan serta aspek struktural, integrasi elemen, kenyamanan, dan keselamatan penghuni. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai simpangan maksimum akibat beban gempa dinamis dengan menggunakan metode respons spektrum dan time history, serta menentukan level kinerja struktur berdasarkan ATC-40. Analisis dilakukan pada Gedung Pegadaian Tower 30 lantai di Jakarta, dengan pemodelan 27 lantai pada perangkat lunak ETABS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai simpangan maksimum metode respons spektrum arah x sebesar 23.0395 mm dan arah y sebesar 22.698 mm. Untuk metode time history dengan sumber gempa Hiroshima arah x sebesar 97.323 mm dan arah y sebesar 72.419 mm, untuk sumber gempa Kakuda arah x sebesar 66.808 mm dan arah y sebesar 61.220 mm, sedangkan sumber gempa Shinshinotsu arah x sebesar 62.832 mm dan arah y sebesar 58.514 mm. Perbedaan nilai simpangan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik masing-masing sumber gempa, metode analisis yang digunakan, serta kekakuan dan periode alami struktur yang berbeda pada arah x dan y. Level kinerja Pegadaian Tower berdasarkan ATC-40 termasuk pada kategori Immediate Occupancy (IO) yang menunjukkan bahwa struktur bangunan hanya mengalami kerusakan ringan dan tetap dapat difungsikan kembali segera untuk beraktivitas. The DKI Jakarta area is one of the areas that has an earthquake risk because there are several active faults that stretch around it. Rapid economic growth increases the need for building construction and renovation, so the design of high-rise buildings in Jakarta must take into account the seismic risk as well as structural aspects, element integration, comfort, and safety of occupants. This study aims to determine the maximum displacement value due to dynamic earthquake loads using the response spectrum and time history methods, and determine the structural performance level based on ATC-40. The analysis was carried out on the 30-story Pegadaian Tower Building in Jakarta, with 27 floors modeling in ETABS software. The results showed the maximum displacement value of the response spectrum method in the x direction was 23.0395 mm and the y direction was 22.698 mm. For the time history method with the Hiroshima earthquake source in the x direction of 97,323 mm and the y direction of 72,419 mm, for the Kakuda earthquake source in the x direction of 66,808 mm and the y direction of 61,220 mm, while the Shinshinotsu earthquake source in the x direction of 62,832 mm and the y direction of 58,514 mm. The difference in the deviation value is influenced by the characteristics of each earthquake source, the analysis method used, as well as the different stiffness and natural period of the structure in the x and y directions. The performance level of Pegadaian Tower based on ATC-40 is included in the Immediate Occupancy (IO) category which indicates that the building structure only suffered minor damage and can still be used again immediately for activities.
