Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh free cash flow, pertumbuhan penjualan dan struktur aset terhadap kebijakan utang pada perusahaan real estate dan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan real estate dan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2008 sampai 2013. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, sebanyak 28 perusahaan. Data diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id. Dalam menganalisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa free cash flow berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan utang perusahaan sedangkan pertumbuhan penjualan dan struktur aset berpengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan utang perusahaan.
The aims of this research is to examine about the influence of free cash flow, sales growth and asset structure toward debt policy in real estate and property company which are listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange.
The population of this research was real estate and property company which are listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008 until 2013. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 28 samples of companies. The data was obtained from the www.idx.co.id. In analyzing the data, this research used multiple regressions analysis and determination coefficient analysis.
The results show that free cash flow has positive influence toward debt policy. While, sales growth and asset structure have negative influence toward debt policy.
