    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena penyalahgunaan Narkotika, Psikotropika, dan Zat Adiktif lainnya (NAPZA) di kalangan remaja sebagai bentuk strategi coping terhadap stres yang mereka alami. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui profil coping stress remaja penyalah guna NAPZA dan menghasilkan rancangan layanan bimbingan pribadi berdasarkan profil coping stress remaja penyalah guna NAPZA. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dengan desain cross sectional study. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yang melibatkan seluruh remaja penyalah guna NAPZA yang sedang menjalani masa binaan di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Bandung sebanyak 72 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa coping stress remaja penyalah guna NAPZA berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian tersebut menjadi dasar penyusunan layanan bimbingan pribadi berdasarkan Panduan Operasional Penyelenggaraan Bimbingan dan Konseling (POP BK) untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuan coping stress yang telah dilakukan melalui uji konseptual oleh ahli dan praktisi. This study was motivated by the phenomenon of adolescents abusing Narcotics, Psychotropics, and other Addictive Substances (NAPZA) as a coping mechanism for stress. The purpose of this study was to identify the coping stress profiles of adolescents who abuse NAPZA and produce a personal guidance services design based on these profiles. This study used a quantitative approach, employing a survey method and a cross-sectional study design. It involved a saturated sampling technique, including all 72 adolescents abusing NAPZA who received guidance at the Bandung Special Development Institution for Children (LPKA). The findings revealed that the coping stress of adolescents who abuse drugs falls into the moderate category. These findings form the basis for creating personal guidance services aligned with the Operational Guidelines for Guidance and Counselling (POP BK) to enhance coping stress skills, which have been conceptually validated by experts and practitioners.
