Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perumda Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor. Kinerja karyawan yang optimal merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi, sehingga penting untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja tersebut. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada dua faktor utama, yaitu kompensasi dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 82 responden diperoleh dari total 449 karyawan dengan rumus Slovin, pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu korelasi Pearson Product Moment, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis dengan uji-t dan uji-f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun secara parsial, hanya motivasi kerja yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at Perumda Tirta Pakuan, Bogor City. Optimal employee performance is one of the main factors in achieving organizational goals, so it is important to identify factors that can drive improvement in performance. This study focuses on two main factors: compensation and work motivation. The study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative methods. The research sample consisted of 82 respondents selected from a total of 449 employees using Slovin’s formula, with sampling conducted through stratified random sampling. The data analysis techniques used include Pearson Product Moment correlation, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with t-tests and F-tests. The results indicate that simultaneously, compensation and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. However, partially, only work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, while compensation does not have a significant effect on employee performance.
