    Abstract

    Industri farmasi memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap dampak lingkungan, terutama dari aspek logistik internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan kinerja green logistics antara PT Bio Farma dan PT Martina Berto dengan pendekatan Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). Produk yang dianalisis adalah FluBio HL (vaksin cair) dan Berto Imunku (herbal cair). Studi dilakukan secara gate-to-gate menggunakan perangkat lunak OpenLCA 2.4 dan database Ecoinvent 3.8, dengan metode ReCiPe 2016 Midpoint (H) pada 18 kategori dampak lingkungan. Hasil Life Cycle Impact Assessment (LCIA) menunjukkan bahwa FluBio HL memiliki nilai dampak yang lebih rendah dibandingkan Berto Imunku, khususnya pada kategori global warming potential, water consumption, dan human toxicity. Selanjutnya, pendekatan Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) digunakan untuk mengevaluasi praktik terbaik yang dapat diadopsi oleh PT Martina Berto. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa program efisiensi dan konservasi air merupakan strategi paling efektif, diikuti oleh pemanfaatan energi terbarukan dan efisiensi energi produksi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi green logistics oleh PT Bio Farma selaras dengan indikator PROPER dari Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK), seperti efisiensi sumber daya, penurunan emisi, dan kepatuhan regulasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan strategi peningkatan keberlanjutan logistik di sektor farmasi Indonesia. The pharmaceutical industry has a significant impact on the environment, particularly in terms of internal logistics. This study aims to compare the green logistics performance of PT Bio Farma and PT Martina Berto using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) approach. The products analyzed are FluBio HL (liquid vaccine) and Berto Imunku (liquid herbal medicine). The study was conducted using a gate-to-gate approach with OpenLCA 2.4 software and the Ecoinvent 3.8 database, employing the ReCiPe 2016 Midpoint (H) method across 18 environmental impact categories. The Life Cycle Impact Assessment (LCIA) results indicate that FluBio HL has a lower environmental impact compared to Berto Imunku, particularly in the categories of global warming potential, water consumption, and human toxicity. Furthermore, the Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) approach using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was used to evaluate the best practices that could be adopted by PT Martina Berto. The results showed that water efficiency and conservation programs are the most effective strategies, followed by the use of renewable energy and production energy efficiency. These findings indicate that the implementation of green logistics by PT Bio Farma aligns with the PROPER indicators of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK), such as resource efficiency, emission reduction, and regulatory compliance. This study is expected to serve as a reference for strategies to enhance logistics sustainability in the Indonesian pharmaceutical sector.
