    Abstract

    Sistem distribusi tenaga listrik merupakan salah satu susunan dalam sistem tenaga listrik yang berperan dalam penyaluran listrik kepada konsumen. Dalam proses distribusi tenaga listrik yang dilakukan pada UP2D Jawa Barat ditemukan kendala ketika dua penyulang dilakukan manuver paralel jaringan untuk meminimalisir area yang padam karena sedang dilakukan pemasangan RC, salah satu penyulang mengalami kondisi trip sementara yang lainnya tidak mengalami perubahan. Kondisi tersebut secara umum akan berdampak pada kegagalan sistem dan rendahnya efesiensi operasional pada penyulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab gagal manuver paralel serta menganalisis dan merumuskan solusi optimal untuk manuver paralel di sistem distribusi UP2D Jawa Barat dapat berjalan dengan optimal guna mencegah terjadinya gagalnya manuver paralel. Hasil perhitungan dan simulasi dengan 2 skema menunjukan adanya drop tegangan ditiap penyulang yang dipengaruhi oleh beban, panjang kabel, dan tegangan sekunder transformator penyulang. Drop tegangan juga dibuktikan dengan hitungan manual dan simulasi ETAP 12.6.0. Dengan demikian perlunya untuk memperhatikan hal-hal tersebut agar tidak terjadinya gagal manuver paralel karena tidak memenuhi salah satu syarat manuver paralel. The electrical power distribution system is one of the components of the electrical power system that plays a role in distributing electricity to consumers. During the electrical power distribution process carried out at UP2D West Java, a problem was encountered when two feeders performed a parallel network maneuver to minimize the area affected by a power outage due to the installation of an RC. One feeder experienced a temporary trip, while the other remained unchanged. This condition generally impacts system failure and low operational efficiency in the feeder. This study aims to identify the causes of parallel maneuver failure, analyze, and formulate optimal solutions for parallel maneuvers in the UP2D West Java distribution system to ensure optimal operation and prevent parallel maneuver failure. Calculations and simulations using two schemes showed voltage drops in each feeder influenced by load, cable length, and secondary transformer voltage. Voltage drops were also confirmed through manual calculations and ETAP 12.6.0 simulations. Therefore, it is essential to consider these factors to prevent parallel maneuver failures due to non-compliance with one of the parallel maneuver requirements.
