    Abstract

    Kawasan kuliner Saparua di Kota Bandung memiliki potensi besar sebagai bagian dari destinasi sport tourism. Kawasan ini ramai dikunjungi karena berdekatan dengan sarana olahraga, namun pengelolaannya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, pengelolaan kebersihan, dan minimnya kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi ragam kuliner yang ada, menganalisis peran pentahelix, serta merumuskan strategi pengelolaan yang tepat untuk mengembangkan kawasan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan sinergi antar stakeholder (akademisi, pelaku usaha, komunitas, pemerintah, dan media) serta penerapan strategi pengelolaan yang terstruktur dapat meningkatkan kualitas kawasan kuliner Saparua sebagai penunjang sport tourism. The Saparua culinary area in Bandung City holds great potential as part of a sport tourism destination. This area is frequently visited due to its proximity to sports facilities; however, its management still faces various challenges such as limited infrastructure, cleanliness management issues, and a lack of collaboration among stakeholders. This study aims to identify the variety of culinary offerings, analyze the role of the pentahelix model, and formulate appropriate management strategies to develop the area. The research employs a qualitative approach with observation, interviews, documentation, and SWOT analysis techniques. The findings indicate that strengthening synergy among stakeholders (academia, business actors, communities, government, and media) and implementing structured management strategies can enhance the quality of the Saparua culinary area as a supporting element for sport tourism.
