    Abstract

    ABSTRAK Resiliensi berperan penting dalam menentukan cara mahasiswa menghadapi pengalaman kehilangan. Resiliensi bukanlah kemampuan bawaan semata, tetapi dapat dipelajari dan dikembangkan, terutama pada mahasiswa yang berpotensi mengalami gangguan kedukaan berkepanjangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) dalam meningkatkan resiliensi pada mahasiswa yang berpotensi mengalami gangguan kedukaan berkepanjangan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari tiga orang konseli yang memiliki tingkat resiliensi sedang dan berada pada kategori syndromal level symptomatology. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain single subject research pola A-B-A, di mana fase A1 merupakan baseline, fase B adalah periode intervensi konseling ACT, dan fase A2 adalah follow-up. Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis visual grafik dan perhitungan effect size. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling ACT dapat meningkatkan resiliensi mahasiswa dengan potensi gangguan kedukaan berkepanjangan, sehingga dapat direkomendasikan sebagai pendekatan konseling dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi. Kata Kunci: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, resiliensi, gangguan kedukaan berkepanjangan ABSTRACT Resilience plays an important role in determining how students cope with experiences of loss. Resilience is not merely an innate ability but can be learned and developed, especially among students at risk of experiencing prolonged grief disorders. This study aims to investigate the impact of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) counseling on enhancing resilience among students at risk of experiencing prolonged grief disorders. The research subjects consisted of three counselees who had moderate levels of resilience and were in the syndromal level symptomatology category. The study employed an experimental method with a single-subject research design following an A-B-A pattern, where phase A1 served as the baseline, phase B represented the ACT counseling intervention period, and phase A2 functioned as the follow-up. Data analysis was conducted through visual graph analysis and effect size calculations. The results of this study indicate that ACT counseling can improve the resilience of students with potential for prolonged grief, and therefore can be recommended as a counseling approach in the context of higher education.
