Abstract
Latar belakang : Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor penting bagi keberlangsungan perusahaan. Namun, di PT Hanan Boga Rasa masih terdapat permasalahan seperti keterlambatan kerja, rendahnya inisiatif, serta ketidakpuasan terhadap kompensasi. Penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda-beda; Sutanto & Tania (2018) menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, sedangkan Putri (2020) menyatakan kompensasi tidak selalu berdampak signifikan. Meskipun demikian, penelitian mengenai kepemimpinan dan kompensasi masih jarang dilakukan pada industri kuliner, sehingga menimbulkan research gap yang perlu diteliti lebih lanjut di PT Hanan Boga Rasa.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian : metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan survei pada 55 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dengan R² sebesar 0,583. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan yang baik dan kompensasi yang adil dapat meningkatkan motivasi serta kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan Background of the Study : Employee performance is a crucial factor for the sustainability of a company. However, PT Hanan Boga Rasa still faces several issues such as tardiness, low initiative, and dissatisfaction with compensation. Previous studies have shown varying results; Sutanto & Tania (2018) found that leadership positively influences employee performance, while Putri (2020) reported that compensation does not always have a significant effect. Meanwhile, Hidayat (2021) emphasized that effective leadership must be supported by a fair compensation system to improve performance. Nevertheless, research on leadership and compensation remains limited in the culinary industry, creating a research gap that needs to be further investigated at PT Hanan Boga Rasa. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and compensation on employee performance. Method :The method used is quantitative with a survey of 55 respondents using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression with t-tests, F-tests, and determination coefficients. Result : The results of the study indicate that leadership and compensation have a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, with an R² of 0.583. These findings confirm that good leadership and fair compensation can increase employee motivation and performance. Keywords: Leadership, Compensation, Employee Performance
