    Abstract

    Sekolah Tinggi Seni Rupa dan Desain adalah salah satu bentuk perguruan tinggi yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan akademik dan/atau vokasi dalam bidang seni rupa dan desain. Pendidikan di bidang seni sangat penting karena dapat menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang kreatif untuk sektor ekonomi kreatif yang saat ini sedang tumbuh dengan pesat di Indonesia. Perancangan Sekolah Tinggi Seni Rupa dan Desain di Kota Baru Parahyangan merupakan solusi strategis terhadap kebutuhan industri kreatif yang terus berkembang di Indonesia, khususnya di kawasan Bandung Raya. Tujuan dari perancangan ini yaitu menciptakan bangunan yang nyaman untuk aktivitas sepanjang hari, menyediakan ruang kerja dan bersantai, memenuhi kebutuhan individu dan kelompok, serta menginspirasi melalui desain bangunan dan fasilitas pendukung. Metode perancangan dilakukan melalui analisis tapak, kebutuhan ruang, pengelompokan ruang, dan perumusan konsep desain. Perancangan ini menerapkan arsitektur dekonstruksi agar tercipta lingkungan belajar yang inovatif dan inspiratif bagi penggunanya. Desain unik dari bangunan sekolah akan memperkuat identitas institusi dan menarik minat calon mahasiswa. Sekolah ini diharapkan mampu menunjang aktivitas edukasi, pelatihan dan pameran seni dalam suasana yang inspiratif dan berdaya saing tinggi. Sekolah Tinggi Seni Rupa dan Desain di Kota Baru Parahyangan diharapkan mampu menghasilkan sumber daya manusia kreatif dan kompeten yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi atau industri kreatif. College of Fine Arts and Design is a form of higher education institution that offers academic and/or vocational programs in the fields of fine arts and design. Education in the arts is highly important as it can produce creative human resources for the creative economy sector, which is currently growing rapidly in Indonesia. The design of College of Fine Arts and Design in Kota Baru Parahyangan represents a strategic solution to meet the needs of the continuously developing creative industry in Indonesia, especially in Bandung Raya area. The aim of this design is to create a building that is comfortable for daily activities, provides spaces for both work and leisure, fulfills individual and group needs, and inspires through its architectural design and supporting facilities. The design method involves site analysis, space requirements, spatial organization, and the formulation of a design concept. This project adopts deconstructivist architecture to establish an innovative and inspiring learning environment for its users. The distinctive design of the school building will strengthen the institution’s identity and attract prospective students. The school is expected to support educational activities, training programs, and art exhibitions in an inspiring and competitive atmosphere. The College of Fine Arts and Design in Kota Baru Parahyangan is envisioned to produce creative and competent human resources who will contribute to the growth of Indonesia’s economy and the creative industry.
