Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tourist experience dan perceived value terhadap revisit intention wisatawan di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif melalui metode explanatory survey. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari 200 responden yang pernah mengunjungi TMII. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik tourist experience maupun perceived value secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention, dengan kontribusi sebesar 65,6%. Dimensi entertainment dalam tourist experience serta economic value dalam perceived value menunjukkan skor rata-rata tertinggi, mencerminkan persepsi positif wisatawan terhadap pengalaman dan manfaat yang dirasakan selama kunjungan. Meskipun demikian, beberapa aspek seperti education dan emotional value masih memerlukan perhatian lebih untuk ditingkatkan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan pengalaman wisata dan persepsi nilai yang dirasakan sebagai strategi untuk mendorong niat kunjung ulang wisatawan. This study aims to examine the influence of tourist experience and perceived value on the revisit intention of visitors to Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII). This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive and verificative type of study through an explanatory survey method. The data used are primary data obtained from 200 respondents who have visited TMII. The analytical technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that both tourist experience and perceived value simultaneously have a significant effect on revisit intention, contributing 65.6%. The entertainment dimensions of tourist experience, along with the economic value dimension of perceived value, received the highest average scores, reflecting visitors’ positive perceptions of the experiences and benefits gained during their visit. However, certain aspects such as education and emotional value still require further improvement. These findings highlight the importance of managing tourist experiences and perceived value as strategic efforts to enhance tourists’ revisit intention.
