    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena rendahnya angka partisipasi sekolah (APS) di Indonesia. Hal tersebut menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi oleh pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Salah satu solusi yang diupayakan oleh pemerintah yaitu melalui program kesetaraan, yang tidak hanya menyasar kelompok masyarakat umum tetapi juga melibatkan kader PKK sebagai ujung tombak pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data mengenai persepsi diri warga belajar kader PKK yang mengikuti program kesetaraan Paket C di PKBM Bhina Swakarya. Kajian teori yang dgunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu persepsi diri, motivasi belajar, efikasi diri dan 21st century skills. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Jumlah partisipan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 5 orang. Adapun hasil penelitian adalah, 1). Motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik warga belajar kader PKK didorong oleh kebutuhan untuk mengembangkan diri, meliputi aspek perilaku, pengetahuan dan keterampilan serta untuk memperoleh peluang kerja yang lebih luas melalui kepemilikan ijazah program kesetaraan. 2). Efikasi diri yang dimiliki warga belajar kader PKK cukup tinggi, tercermin dari perilaku positif dan usaha serta upaya ketika menghadapi tantangan dalam menyelesaikan tugas dengan gigih dan penuh tanggung jawab. 3). Setelah mengikuti program kesetaraan, warga belajar kader PKK merasakan perubahan positif seperti perubahan dalam pola pikir saat pengambilan keputusan dan memecahkan masalah, mampu mengungkapkan ide yang diciptakan, peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan kualitas hubungan yang lebih baik saat bekerja sama dengan orang lain. This research is motivated by the low school participation rate (APS) in Indonesia. This issue becomes a challenge that the government needs to overcome to improve the quality of human resources. One of the solutions pursued by the government is through the equivalency program, which targets not only the general public but also involves PKK cadres as the spearhead of community empowerment implementation. This study aims to obtain data regarding the self-perception of PKK cadre learners participating in the Paket C equivalency program at PKBM Bhina Swakarya. The theoretical framework used in this research includes self-perception, learning motivation, self-efficacy, and 21st-century skills. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The number of participants in this study is 5 people. The results of the study are as follows: 1). The intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of PKK cadre learners is driven by the need for self-development, including aspects of behavior, knowledge, and skills, as well as to obtain broader job opportunities through owning an equivalency program diploma. 2). The self-efficacy of PKK cadre learners is relatively high, as reflected in positive behavior and efforts when facing challenges in completing tasks with perseverance and full responsibility. 3). After participating in the equivalency program, PKK cadre learners experienced positive changes, such as changes in their mindset when making decisions and solving problems, the ability to express created ideas, improved verbal communication skills, and better quality relationships when collaborating with others.
