Abstract
Pada pembelajaran teknik pemesinan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), salah satu materi yang esensial dan kompleks adalah Computer Numerical Control (CNC). Materi ini mencakup pemahaman terhadap sistem koordinat, perintah dasar dalam bahasa pemrograman CNC (seperti G-code dan M-code), tahapan penyusunan program, hingga proses simulasi dan pengoperasian mesin secara otomatis. Tetapi masih terdapat siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi CNC, khususnya pada materi CNC bubut yang meliputi sistem koordinat serta pemahaman terhadap menentukan kode G dan kode M. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data tentang hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan multimedia interaktif berbasis android pada materi CNC bubut, Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan multimedia interaktif berbasis android pada materi CNC bubut dan Respon siswa terhadap penerapan multimedia interaktif berbasis android dalam pembelajaran materi CNC bubut.penelitian ini menggunakan Kuantitatif Pre-Experimental Design dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Proses penelitian ini melibatkan instrumen hasil belajar siswa, Uji N gain dan respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum penerapan multimedia interaktif berbasis Android, nilai rata-rata pretest siswa adalah 38,6, sedangkan setelah penerapan, nilai rata-rata posttest meningkat menjadi 75,5, memenuhi Kriteria Kelulusan Minimal (KKM ≥ 75). N Gain rata-rata sebesar 0,5827 tergolong kategori “sedang”, dan respon siswa terhadap penggunaan multimedia interaktif berbasis Android dinilai “puas”. In learning machining techniques at Vocational High Schools (SMK), one of the essential and complex materials is Computer Numerical Control (CNC). This material includes an understanding of the coordinate system, basic commands in CNC programming languages (such as G-code and M-code), the stages of program preparation, to the simulation process and automatic machine operation. But there are still students who have difficulty in understanding CNC material, especially in lathe CNC material which includes the coordinate system and understanding of determining the G-code and M-code. the purpose of this study is to obtain data on student learning outcomes before and after using android-based interactive multimedia on lathe CNC material, improvement in student learning outcomes after using android-based interactive multimedia on lathe CNC material and student response to the application of android-based interactive multimedia in learning lathe CNC material. this research uses a Quantitative Pre-Experimental Design with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This research process involves student learning outcomes instruments, N gain test and student responses. The results showed that before the application of Android-based interactive multimedia, the average student pretest score was 38.6, while after implementation, the average posttest score increased to 75.5, meeting the Minimum Graduation Criteria (KKM ≥ 75). The average gain of 0.5827 was classified as “moderate”, and students' responses to the use of Android-based interactive multimedia were considered “satisfied”.
