    Abstract

    ABSTRAK Wisata gastronomi merupakan salah satu bentuk wisata minat khusus yang menggabungkan aspek kuliner, budaya, dan pengalaman lokal yang autentik. Kota Bandung sebagai destinasi unggulan memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan wisata gastronomi, terlebih melalui inovasi pola perjalanan dan paket wisata yang menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan pola perjalanan dan paket wisata gastronomi yang dilakukan oleh Himpunan Pramuwisata Indonesia (HPI) DPC Kota Bandung. Fokus penelitian meliputi: (1) Daya tarik gastronomi yang dikembangkan oleh DPC HPI, (2) Promosi digital dalam pola perjalanan, (3) Strategi promosi paket wisata gastronomi, serta (4) Peran nona helix dalam pengembangan wisata gastronomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi multi pihak melalui nona helix sangat diperlukan dalam pengembangan wisata gastronomi yang berkelanjutan. Selain itu, integrasi pola perjalanan dengan sarana transportasi ikonik seperti Bandung Tour on Bus (Bandros) dapat memperkuat branding kota sebagai destinasi gastronomi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategi berbasis komunitas dan digital untuk mendukung pengembangan wisata gastronomi yang inovatif dan berdaya saing di Kota Bandung. ABSTRACT Gastronomy tourism is a form of special interest tourism that combines culinary, cultural, and authentic local experiences. Bandung City, as a leading tourist destination, holds significant potential for developing gastronomic tourism through innovative travel patterns and attractive tour packages. This study aims to analyze the development strategies of travel patterns and gastronomic tour packages conducted by the Indonesian Tourist Guide Association (HPI), Bandung City Branch. The focus includes: (1) the gastronomic attractions developed by HPI DPC Bandung, (2) digital promotion of travel patterns, (3) marketing strategies for gastronomic tour packages, and (4) the role of the nona helix in tourism development. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, involving in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that multistakeholder collaboration through the nona helix is essential for sustainable gastronomic tourism development. Furthermore, integrating travel patterns with iconic transportation such as Bandung Tour on Bus (Bandros) strengthens the city’s branding as a gastronomic destination. This research provides strategic recommendations focused on community involvement and digital promotion to support the development of innovative and competitive gastronomic tourism in Bandung City.
