Abstract
Keandalan sistem distribusi energi listrik merupakan indikator penting dalam menjamin kontinuitas pasokan listrik kepada konsumen. Berdasarkan pentingnya aspek tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis tingkat keandalan Penyulang PARO di PT PLN (Pesero) ULP Soreang pada tahun 2023 dan 2024 melalui perhitungan indeks keandalan serta membandingkannya dengan standar SPLN No. 68-2: 1986 dan IEEE 1366-2003. Selain itu, dilakukan perhitungan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) menggunakan metode FMEA untuk mengidentifikasi peralatan yang paling rentan mengalami gangguan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai SAIDI adalah 6,80 dan 5,74 jam/pelanggan/tahun, tergolong andal menurut SPLN namun tidak andal menurut IEEE. Nilai SAIFI 4,19 dan 7,31 kali/pelanggan/tahun sehingga tidak andal menurut kedua standar. Nilai CAIDI 1,62 dan 0,78 jam/kali, dengan tahun 2024 dikatakan andal menurut kedua standar, sedangkan tahun 2023 hanya andal menurut SPLN. Nilai ASAI masing-masing tercatat sebesar 99,612% dan 99,317%, sedangkan nilai ASUI sebesar 0,388% dan 0,683% yang berarti ketersediaan listrik terpenuhi. Kemudian, kerugian ekonomi akibat gangguan tercatat sekitar Rp 78,2 juta pada tahun 2023 dan Rp 65,7 juta pada 2024. Sementara itu, nilai RPN menunjukkan bahwa gangguan pada kabel memiliki nilai tertinggi yaitu 108 dan masuk dalam kategori sedang, sehingga diperlukan inspeksi secara berkala dan penanganan vegetasi di sekitar jaringan kabel untuk meningkatkan keandalan distribusi. The reliability of the electrical power distribution system is an important indicator in ensuring the continuity of electricity supply to consumers. Given the importance of this aspect, this study was conducted to analyze the reliability level of the PARO feeder at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Soreang in 2023 and 2024 through reliability index calculations and compare it with the standards of SPLN No. 68-2: 1986 and IEEE 1366-2003. Additionally, the Risk Priority Number (RPN) was calculated using the FMEA method to identify the equipment most prone to failure. The research results show that the SAIDI values are 6.80 and 5.74 hours/customer/year, which are considered reliable according to SPLN but unreliable according to IEEE. The SAIFI values were 4.19 and 7.31 times/customer/year, making it unreliable according to both standards. The CAIDI values were 1.62 and 0.78 hours/time, with 2024 deemed reliable according to both standards, while 2023 was only reliable according to SPLN. The ASAI values are recorded at 99.612% and 99.317%, respectively, while the ASUI values are 0.388% and 0.683%, indicating that electricity availability is met. Additionally, economic losses due to outages are estimated at approximately Rp 78.2 million in 2023 and Rp 65.7 million in 2024. Meanwhile, the RPN value indicates that cable disruptions have the highest value at 108 and fall into the moderate category, necessitating regular inspections and vegetation management around the cable network to enhance distribution reliability.
