Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi rendahnya kinerja pegawai melalui perspektif stress kerja dan kepuasa kerja pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Subang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket yang hasilnya diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 27. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 pegawai. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel stress kerja pada kategori rendah, variabel kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai dalam kategori cukup. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda, secara parsial stress kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun, hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai signifikansi <0,05, yang berarti stress kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 73,1% terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Subang”. This study aims to address low employee performance through the perspective of work stress and job satisfaction of employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of Subang Regency. The research method used in this study is a survey method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The data collection tool in this study is a questionnaire whose results are processed using SPSS software version 27. Respondents in this study amounted to 30 employees. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the variable of work stress is in the low category, the variable of job satisfaction and employee performance is in the sufficient category. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, partially work stress does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. However, the results of the F test show a significance value of <0.05, which means that work stress and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 73.1% on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of Subang Regency.
