    Abstract

    Pemanasan global dan meningkatnya emisi gas rumah kaca, terutama dari sektor bangunan, mendorong konsep Green Building sebagai solusi pembangunan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Green Construction dalam proyek pembangunan Gedung Convention Hall di Kampus Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Bandung, yang direncanakan mengadopsi konsep Green Building. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan Ethnographic Analysis Content (Evaluasi, Analisis, dan Penciptaan) digunakan dengan mengacu pada kriteria penilaian Greenship New Building versi 1.2 dari Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). Data diperoleh melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan data Detail Engineering Design (DED) bangunan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa Gedung Convention Hall UPI saat ini mencapai total 45 poin dan memperoleh peringkat Perunggu (Bronze). Potensi peningkatan peringkat diidentifikasi melalui solusi yang diusulkan dalam 2 kategori. Untuk mencapai peringkat Perak (Silver) (dengan target 51 poin), perkiraan biaya yang dibutuhkan adalah Rp37.040.000, sedangkan untuk peringkat Emas (Gold) (dengan target 66 poin), perkiraan biaya yang dibutuhkan adalah Rp628.180.000,00. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi penyediaan fasilitas parkir sepeda, penggantian bahan dinding luar lantai 1 dengan beton ringan, pemanenan air hujan (rooftank), penggunaan material daur ulang dan pracetak, pemasangan sensor CO2, dan penerapan kebijakan larangan merokok. Global warming and increasing greenhouse gas emissions, particularly from the building sector, drive the Green Building concept as a sustainable development solution. This research analyzes the implementation of Green Construction in the Convention Hall Building construction project at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Bandung Campus, which is planned to adopt the Green Building concept. A descriptive research method with an Ethnographic Analysis Content approach (Evaluation, Analysis, and Creating) was employed, referring to the Greenship New Building version 1.2 assessment criteria from the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). Data were obtained through field observations, interviews, and Detail Engineering Design (DED) data of the building. The evaluation results indicate that the UPI Convention Hall Building currently achieved a total of 45 points and obtained a Bronze rating. Potential for rating improvement was identified through proposed solutions in 1 category. To achieve a Silver rating (with a target of 51 points), the estimated cost required is IDR 37,040,000, whereas Gold rating (with a target of 65 points), the estimated cost required is IDR 628,180,000.00. Proposed solutions include providing bicycle parking facilities, replacement of the outer wall material of the 1st floor with lightweight concrete, rainwater harvesting (rooftank), using recycled and prefabricated materials, installing CO2 sensors, and implementing a no-smoking policy.
