    Abstract

    Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pemberdayaan perempuan melalui pendidikan non-formal dan adanya kesenjangan antara jumlah alumni pelatihan memasak dengan realisasi wirausaha di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hasil pelatihan pembuatan cake terhadap minat membuka usaha patiseri di kalangan alumni Sekolah Perempuan Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional, dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 20 alumni pelatihan kejuruan memasak Batch II. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji asumsi klasik (normalitas dan linearitas), analisis regresi sederhana, dan uji hipotesis (koefisien determinasi dan uji t). Temuan utama menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari hasil pelatihan (pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap) terhadap minat membuka usaha patiseri. Pelatihan ini berhasil membekali alumni dengan kompetensi yang memicu perhatian, keterlibatan, ketertarikan, dan perasaan senang dalam berwirausaha. Meskipun pelatihan memberikan kontribusi substansial, faktor eksternal lain juga berperan dalam keputusan berwirausaha. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan pembuatan cake efektif dalam menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha patiseri, namun perlu didukung oleh aspek-aspek di luar pelatihan untuk realisasi usaha yang optimal. This research highlights the importance of empowering women through non-formal education and addresses the gap between the number of cooking training graduates and their actual entrepreneurship activities. The study aims to explore how the outcomes of cake-making training influence the interest in starting a patisserie business among graduates of the Sekolah Perempuan Jawa Barat. Using a quantitative method with a correlational approach, data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 20 graduates of the cooking vocational training Batch II. The data analysis included validity tests, classical assumption tests (normality and linearity), simple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (coefficient of determination and t-test). The main findings reveal a positive and significant impact of the training outcomes (knowledge, skills, and attitudes) on the interest in starting a patisserie business. The training effectively equipped the alumni with the necessary skills and knowledge, fostering their interest and enthusiasm for entrepreneurship. While the training made a significant contribution, other external factors also influence the decision to start a business. In conclusion, cake-making training is effective in encouraging interest in patisserie entrepreneurship, but it should be supported by additional factors outside of training for optimal business success.
