    Abstract

    Penurunan tahap kompetensi kerja serta kurangnya penerapan nilai-nilai organisasi secara optimal di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung menjadi petunjuk bahwa belum terbentuknya budaya organisasi yang mendukung kinerja pegawai secara maksimal. Budaya organisasi yang tidak selaras dengan nilai individu dapat menghambat produktivitas dan kualitas layanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 53 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik WMS serta uji statistik dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel 2021 dan IBM SPSS versi 27.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata variabel budaya organisasi sebesar 3,41 dan skor rata-rata kinerja pegawai sebesar 3,43, yang keduanya berada pada kategori sangat baik. Uji normalitas menunjukkan kedua variabel berdistribusi normal. Hasil analisis koefisien korelasi menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,843. Uji signifikansi koefisien korelasi menggunakan uji-t menghasilkan nilai 11,212 > 1,675, yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berkontribusi sebesar 71,1% terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara sisanya sebesar 28,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Adapun persamaan regresi linear yang diperoleh adalah Y = 7,076 + 0,854X, yang mengindikasikan bahwa setiap peningkatan satu satuan pada budaya organisasi akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,854. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung.; The decline in work competence and the suboptimal implementation of organizational values within the Bandung City Education Office environment indicate that an organizational culture that supports employee performance has not yet been established. An organizational culture that is not aligned with individual values can hinder productivity and the quality of public services. This study aims to understand the description and influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Bandung City Education Office. The method employed is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques through questionnaires administered to 53 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the (WMS) technique and statistical tests with the assistance of Microsoft Excel 2021 and IBM (SPSS) version 27.0. The results of the study show that the average score of the organizational culture variable is 3.41, and the average score of employee performance is 3.43, both of which fall into the very good category. The normality test indicates that both variables are normally distributed. The correlation coefficient analysis shows a very strong relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, with a coefficient value of 0.843. The significance test of the correlation coefficient using the t-test yields a value of 11.212 > 1.675, which means there is a significant relationship between the two variables. The results of the coefficient of determination test indicate that organizational culture contributes 71.1% to employee performance, while the remaining 28.9% is influenced by other factors outside the study. The linear regression equation obtained is Y = 7,076 + 0.854X, which indicates that every one-unit increase in organizational culture will increase employee performance by 0.854. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Bandung City Education Office.
