Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kesiapan guru Kanak- kanak (TK) dan Raudhatul Athfal (RA) dalam menghadapi implementasi pendekatan deep learning. Permasalahan utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana tingkat kesiapan guru TK dan RA pada setiap aspek, bagaimana gambaran perbedaan kesiapan keduanya, serta faktor apa yang lebih menonjol dalam mendukung maupun menghambat implementasi pembelajaran mendalam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 104 guru, terdiri dari 51 guru TK dan 53 guru RA. Instrumen penelitian disusun berdasarkan empat aspek kesiapan perubahan, yaitu kesesuaian (appropriateness), keyakinan diri (change efficacy), dukungan manajemen (management support), dan manfaat pribadi (personal benefit). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran kategori kesiapan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik guru TK maupun RA berada pada kategori sedang dalam kesiapan menghadapi pembelajaran mendalam. Namun, guru TK memiliki skor rata-rata lebih tinggi dibandingkan guru RA pada seluruh aspek. Perbedaan paling mencolok terdapat pada aspek dukungan manajemen dan manfaat pribadi, di mana guru RA menilai lebih rendah dibandingkan guru TK. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa guru TK relatif lebih siap menghadapi implementasi pembelajaran mendalam, sementara guru RA masih memerlukan penguatan dukungan kelembagaan dan peningkatan motivasi pribadi. This study aims to determine the differences in the level of readiness of Kindergarten (TK) and Raudhatul Athfal (RA) teachers in facing the implementation of the deep learning approach. The main problem of this study is the level of readiness of Kindergarten and RA teachers in each aspect, how the differences in their readiness are illustrated, and what factors are more prominent in supporting or hindering the implementation of deep learning. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The research subjects were 104 teachers, consisting of 51 Kindergarten teachers and 53 RA teachers. The research instrument was compiled based on four aspects of readiness for change, namely appropriateness, self-efficacy (change efficacy), management support (management support), and personal benefit (personal benefit). Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics to obtain an overview of the teacher readiness categories. The results show that both Kindergarten and RA teachers are in the medium category in readiness for deep learning. However, Kindergarten teachers have a higher average score than RA teachers in all aspects. The most striking differences are in the aspects of management support and personal benefit, where RA teachers scored lower than TK teachers. These findings indicate that kindergarten teachers are relatively more prepared to face the implementation of in-depth learning, while RA teachers still need to strengthen institutional support and increase personal motivation.
