Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pengalaman gastronomi terhadap loyalitas wisatawan yang dimediasi oleh keterikatan tempat dan kepuasan destinasi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 400 wisatawan yang telah melakukan wisata gastronomi di Kota Bandung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner daring, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman gastronomi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas wisatawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keterikatan tempat dan kepuasan destinasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Namun keterikatan tempat tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas wisatawan. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya pengalaman wisata berbasis kuliner dalam membentuk hubungan emosional wisatawan dengan destinasi serta meningkatkan niat mereka untuk kembali dan merekomendasikan destinasi tersebut. Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur pariwisata pengalaman dan memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelola destinasi dalam mengembangkan strategi peningkatan loyalitas wisatawan melalui optimalisasi pengalaman gastronomi. This study aims to examine the influence of gastronomic experience on tourist loyalty, mediated by place attachment and destination satisfaction. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 400 tourists who had engaged in gastronomic tourism in the city of Bandung. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that gastronomic experience has a positive and significant influence on tourist loyalty, both directly and indirectly through place attachment and destination satisfaction as mediating variables. However, place attachment was found to have no significant effect on tourist loyalty. These findings reinforce the importance of culinary-based tourism experiences in shaping tourists’ emotional connection with a destination and increasing their intention to revisit and recommend it. This study contributes to the experiential tourism literature and offers practical implications for destination managers in developing strategies to enhance tourist loyalty by optimizing gastronomic experiences.
