Abstract

Perancangan Sport Center di Gedebage, Kota Bandung, bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan kawasan sebagai pusat kegiatan olahraga dan rekreasi di wilayah Bandung Timur. Kawasan Gedebage, yang telah ditetapkan sebagai pusat pertumbuhan baru, memberikan peluang untuk menciptakan fasilitas olahraga yang ikonik, fungsional, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat urban modern. Pendekatan arsitektur high tech diintegrasikan untuk menghasilkan desain yang fleksibel, fungsional, berkelanjutan, efisien, dan estetis dengan memanfaatkan material modern seperti baja, kaca, dan beton serta teknologi ramah lingkungan. Sport Center ini dirancang untuk mencakup berbagai fasilitas, termasuk arena olahraga indoor dan outdoor, pusat kebugaran, jogging track, dan ruang komunitas. Selain itu, desainnya mengedepankan aspek keberlanjutan dengan memaksimalkan penggunaan pencahayaan alami, ventilasi silang, dan sistem pengelolaan air hujan. Hasil dari perancangan ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat akan fasilitas olahraga yang representatif sekaligus menjadi ikon arsitektur baru bagi Kota Bandung. Sport Center ini juga dirancang untuk mendukung aktivitas komunitas lokal, meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat, dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan kawasan Gedebage sebagai kota cerdas yang berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Sport Center, Arsitektur High Tech, Bandung The design of the Sport Center in Gedebage, Bandung City, aims to support the development of the area as a center for sports and recreation activities in the East Bandung area. The Gedebage area, which has been designated as a new growth center, provides an opportunity to create sports facilities that are iconic, functional and meet the needs of modern urban society. High tech architectural approaches are integrated to produce flexible, functional, sustainable, efficient and aesthetic designs by utilizing modern materials such as steel, glass and concrete as well as environmentally friendly technologies. This Sport Center is designed to include a various of facilities, including indoor and outdoor sports arenas, fitness centers, jogging tracks and community spaces. In addition, the design prioritizes sustainability aspects by maximizing the use of natural lighting, cross ventilation and rainwater management systems. It is hoped that the results of this design can meet the community’s needs for representative sports facilities as well as becoming a new architectural icon for the city of Bandung. Sport center is also designed to support local community activities, improve public health, and make a positive contribution to the development of the Gedebage area as a sustainable smart city.
