    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi media video tutorial interaktif berbasis microlearning dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa pada mata pelajaran Dasar-dasar Konstruksi Bangunan di SMK PU Negeri Bandung. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya pemahaman dan hasil praktikum siswa pada materi pekerjaan pemasangan batu bata merah yang disebabkan oleh keterbatasan media pembelajaran secara konvensional yang hanya memberikan pembelajaran dengan ceramah dan demonstrasi langsung tanpa dapat diulang secara mandiri oleh siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pra-eksperimental tipe one-group pretest-posttest yang melibatkan 106 siswa kelas X DPIB sebagai subjek utama. Media pembelajaran dikembangkan menggunakan model ADDIE, mengacu pada kebutuhan visualisasi, segmentasi materi, dan akses fleksibel pada perangkat mobile. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari pre-test, post-test, angket respon siswa, dan lembar observasi praktikum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi media video tutorial interaktif berbasis microlearning secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dengan rata-rata skor N-Gain sebesar 0,70 (kategori tinggi), serta meningkatkan keterampilan siswa pada kategori "Terampil" dan "Sangat Terampil". Selain itu, kuesioner siswa menunjukkan respon sangat positif terhadap kualitas media yang digunakan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggabungan elemen visual, segmentasi materi, dan interaktivitas efektif dalam mendukung pembelajaran praktik berbasis vokasi. Media video tutorial interaktif berbasis microlearning direkomendasikan untuk diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran praktik di SMK guna meningkatkan kompetensi siswa, baik aspek kognitif maupun psikomotorik This study aims to analyze the implementation of interactive video tutorials based on microlearning in improving students’ understanding and skills in the Basic Building Construction subject at SMK PU Negeri Bandung. The background of this research is the low level of comprehension and practical outcomes among students regarding the topic of red brick installation. This is attributed to the limitations of conventional teaching media, which rely solely on lectures and direct demonstrations, making it difficult for students to review the lessons independently. A quantitative approach was applied with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design involving 106 tenth-grade DPIB students as the main subjects. The learning media were developed using the ADDIE model, emphasizing the need for visualization, segmented material delivery, and flexible access via mobile devices. Data were collected using pre-tests, post-tests, student response questionnaires, and practical observation sheets. The results indicate that the implementation of interactive video tutorials based on microlearning significantly enhanced students’ comprehension, as shown by an average N-Gain score of 0.70 (high category), and improved their practical skills with students achieving the “Skilled” and “Highly Skilled” categories. Furthermore, student questionnaires revealed very positive responses towards the quality of the learning media utilized. This research concludes that the integration of visual elements, material segmentation, and interactivity is effective in supporting vocational-based practical learning. The study recommends integrating interactive video tutorials based on microlearning into practical lessons in vocational schools to enhance students’ competencies in both cognitive and psychomotor aspects.
