    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berfokus pada intention to apply awardee pada Program XL Female Future Leader PT XL Axiata Tbk. Intention to Apply merupakan merupakan faktor penting yang menentukan keberhasilan program rekrutmen, karena tingginya minat untuk melamar mencerminkan daya tarik organisasi dan efektivitas strategi e-recruitment dalam menarik kandidat potensial. Ada berbagai faktor yang dapat memengaruhi intention to apply, namun penelitian ini hanya akan berfokus pada organizational attractiveness dan e-recruitment. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh organizational attractiveness dan e-recruitment terhadap intention to apply Generasi Z pada Program XL Female Future Leader PT XL Axiata Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 100 orang awardee dan sampel sebanyak 100 orang awardee Program XL Female Future Leader PT XL Axiata Tbk, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan Smart PLS 4.1.0.6. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational attractiveness dan e-recruitment secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap intention to apply. Organizational attractiveness secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to apply dan e-recruitment tidak berpengaruh terhadap intention to apply. This research focuses on the intention to apply among awardees of the XL Female Future Leader Program by PT XL Axiata Tbk. Intention to apply is an important factor in determining the success of a recruitment program, as a high interest in applying reflects the organization’s attractiveness and the effectiveness of e-recruitment strategies in attracting potential candidates. Various factors can influence the intention to apply; however, this research specifically focuses on organizational attractiveness and e-recruitment. The objective of this research is to examine the effect of organizational attractiveness and e-recruitment on the intention to apply among Generation Z for the XL Female Future Leader Program by PT XL Axiata Tbk. This research employs a quantitative descriptive research method. The population consists of 100 awardees, with a total sample of 100 awardees selected using a saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.1.0.6. The findings reveal that organizational attractiveness and e-recruitment simultaneously have an effect on the intention to apply. Organizational attractiveness partially has a positive effect on the intention to apply, whereas e-recruitment does not significantly influence the intention to apply.
