    Abstract

    Tata letak merupakan aspek penting dalam manajemen operasi karena berpengaruh langsung terhadap efisiensi kerja dan daya saing jangka panjang. Bengkel Honda AHASS 6945 Darma Perdana sebagai bagian dari layanan purna jual PT Astra Honda Motor menghadapi tantangan meningkatnya jumlah pelanggan tanpa diiringi pembaruan tata letak, sehingga menimbulkan penumpukan kendaraan dan alur kerja yang kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang ulang tata letak dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui analisis alur kerja menggunakan process chart, from-to chart, dan activity relationship chart yang kemudian diolah dengan metode CRAFT (Computerized Relative Allocation of Facilities Technique). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata letak baru mampu menurunkan total beban perpindahan sebesar 13,36% setelah lima kali iterasi, sekaligus memperlancar pergerakan kendaraan dan menata ruang kerja sesuai intensitas penggunaannya. Dengan demikian, optimasi tata letak ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, tetapi juga memberikan kenyamanan layanan yang lebih baik bagi pelanggan. Kata kunci: manajemen operasi, tata letak, CRAFT, bengkel. Layout is a crucial aspect of operations management as it directly affects work efficiency and long-term competitiveness. Honda AHASS 6945 Darma Perdana Workshop, as part of PT Astra Honda Motor’s after-sales service, faces the challenge of increasing customer volume without updated layouts, resulting in vehicle congestion and less efficient workflows. This study aims to redesign the workshop layout using a descriptive qualitative method, analyzing workflow through process charts, from-to charts, and activity relationship charts, which are then processed using the CRAFT (Computerized Relative Allocation of Facilities Technique) method. The results show that the new layout reduces the total handling load by 13.36% after five iterations, improves vehicle movement, and arranges workspaces more strategically according to usage intensity. Thus, the optimized layout not only enhances operational efficiency but also provides better service comfort for customers. Keywords: operations management, layout, CRAFT, workshop.
