    Abstract

The research method uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 85 respondents taken from a total population of 325 employees using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through field research and literature review using a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques, through Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination, with hypothesis testing using the F-test and t-test. The research finds that transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. These findings indicate that effective transformational leadership and high levels of organizational commitment can improve employee performance in an organization.
