Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi semakin meningkatnya perkembangan penduduk usia lanjut di Indonesia, diantaranya merupakan orang-orang yang telah pensiun atau purnabakti dari masa baktinya di Instansi Pemerintahan. Supaya pegawai pemerintahan nantinya bisa tetap produktif di masa purnabaktinya, diadakan sebuah program pelatihan pembekalan keterampilan kewirausahaan bagi mereka yang mau memasuki usia purnabakti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang: 1) Perencanaan pelatihan Keterampilan Kewirausahaan bagi Calon Purnabakti, 2) Proses pelatihan Keterampilan Kewirausahaan bagi Calon Purnabakti, 3) Hasil pelatihan Keterampilan Kewirausahaan bagi Calon Purnabakti. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah penyelenggara diklat, widyaiswara pelatihan, dan peserta pelatihan. Penentuan subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pelatihan ini dalam menentukan program, kurikulum, dan materi pembelajaran diawali dengan melakukan identifikasi kebutuhan. Sumber belajar merupan orang-orang yang telah lulus dari training of tutor dan menguasai konsep pembelajaran orang dewasa, 2) Proses pelatihan diawali dengan pembukaan, dan diakhiri dengan penutup pembelajaran. Suasana pembelajaran dapat dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi fasilitator, lingkungan pembelajaran, dan waktu pembelajaran, 3) Hasil pelatihan peserta dapat tercermin dari kemampuan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor yang dialami selama proses pembelajaran. Saran yang direkomendasikan dalam penelitian ini adalah Badan Diklat selaku pelaksana diklat dapat lebih meningkatkan lagi aspek-aspek pembelajaran yang ingin dihasilkan terutama dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran yang diberikan pada peserta. Hal ini penting agar proses perkembangan peserta akan hasil yang ingin dicapai dari awal sampai akhir pembelajaran dapat terukur dan dapat dijadikan bahan evaluasi kedepannya. ABSTRACT The background of this research is the increasing growth of elderly population in Indonesia, among them are those who have retired or Retirement of tenure in Government Agencies. So that government employees can remain productive later in the purnabaktinya, held a debriefing entrepreneurial skills training program for those who want to enter the Retirement age. This study aims to describe and analyze: 1) Planning Entrepreneurship Skills Training for Prospective Retirement, 2) Entrepreneurship Skills Training Process for Candidates Retirement, 3) Results of Entrepreneurship Skills Training for Prospective Retirement. The study was conducted using descriptive method with qualitative approach. Subjects were organizing training, training trainers, and trainees. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data were interviews, observation, study documentation, and triangulation. From the results of this study concluded that: 1) Training in establishing programs, curricula, and learning materials begins with identifying the needs. Source learn merupan people who have graduated from the training of tutors and master the concepts of adult learning, 2) The training process begins with the opening, and ended with the closing of learning. Learning environment can be affected by the facilitator competencies, learning environment, and learning time, 3) Results of the training participants can be reflected in the ability of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor experienced during the learning process. The proposed recommendation in this research is the Training Agency, the operator training can further enhance the aspects of learning to be gained, especially in the evaluation of learning that is given to the participants. It is important that the process of development of the participants will result to be achieved from the beginning to the end of the lesson can be measured and can be used as an evaluation of the future.
