Abstract

Ekonomi kreatif memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap pembangunan ekonomi nasional serta penguatan identitas budaya melalui inovasi dan kolaborasi lintas sektor. Kabupaten Bandung merupakan wilayah yang memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif, didukung oleh kekayaan sumber daya alam, keberagaman budaya, serta proporsi penduduk usia produktif yang tinggi. Meskipun demikian, ketersediaan infrastruktur fisik yang mewadahi aktivitas pelaku ekonomi kreatif masih sangat terbatas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan creative hub sebagai ruang yang mampu menunjang proses kreatif, kolaborasi, dan pertumbuhan subsektor ekonomi kreatif. Perancangan ini difokuskan pada subsektor unggulan, yaitu kuliner, fesyen, dan kriya, serta subsektor prioritas, yaitu film, animasi, dan fotografi, yang berpotensi berkembang pesat dengan dukungan ruang dan fasilitas yang memadai. Konsep creative space diterapkan sebagai pendekatan utama dalam merancang lingkungan fisik yang dapat mendorong kreativitas, inovasi, serta interaksi antar pelaku kreatif, sejalan dengan kebutuhan akan ruang kolaboratif yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman dan potensi lokal Kabupaten Bandung. The creative economy plays a significant role in driving national economic development and strengthening cultural identity through innovation and cross-sector collaboration. Bandung Regency is an area with great potential for developing the creative economy, supported by its abundant natural resources, cultural diversity, and a high proportion of people in the productive age group. Nevertheless, the availability of physical infrastructure to accommodate the activities of creative economy actors remains very limited. Therefore, it is necessary to design a creative hub as a space that can support creative processes, collaboration, and the growth of creative economy subsectors. This design focuses on the leading subsectors, namely culinary, fashion, and crafts, as well as the priority subsectors, which are film, animation, and photography, all of which have strong potential to grow rapidly when supported by sufficient space and facilities. The concept of creative space is applied as the main approach to designing a physical environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and interaction among creative actors, in line with the need for collaborative spaces that are adaptive to the times and responsive to the local potential of Bandung Regency.
