Abstract

Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan matematika memiliki keterkaitan dengan hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa. Penelitian lain mengenai kecemasan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keterkaitan dan pengaruh antara ibadah dengan kecemasan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 181 siswa kelas VII pada SMP Islam di Kota Palu. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) apakah terdapat hubungan negatif antara ketaatan beribadah dengan tingkat kecemasan matematika siswa? 2) apakah terdapat hubungan positif antara ketaatan beribadah dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa? 3) apakah terdapat hubungan negatif antara kecemasan matematika dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa? 4) apakah terdapat perbedaan kecemasan matematika siswa berdasarkan tingkat ketaatan beribadah? 5) apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa berdasarkan tingkat ketaatan beribadah? 6) apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa berdasarkan tingkat kecemasan matematika? Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian berbentuk survey. Desain survey yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah rancangan lintas-seksional (the cross-sectional design) Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa 1) tidak terdapat hubungan negatif yang berarti antara ketaatan beribadah dengan kecemasan matematika (r = -0,116); 2) terdapat hubungan positif antara ketaatan beribadah dengan hasil belajar matematika (r = 0,204); 3) tidak terdapat hubungan negatif yang berarti antara kecemasan matematika dengan hasil belajar matematika (r = -0,052); 4) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pada kecemasan matematika siswa berdasarkan tingkat ketaatan beribadah; 5) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa berdasarkan tingkat ketaatan beribadah; 6) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang berarti pada hasil belajar matematika siswa berdasarkan tingkat kecemasan matematika. Some previous studies has showed that math anxiety correlated with mathematics learning outcomes. Other studies of anxiety showed that there are correlation and influence between worship and anxiety. This study involved 181 students grade 7th of Islamic Junior High School in Palu. The problems of this research are: 1) whether there was a negative relationship between the obedience of worship with math anxiety level of students? 2) whether there was a positive relationship between the obedience of worship with the mathematics learning outcomes? 3) whether there was a negative relationship between math anxiety with mathematics learning outcomes? 4) whether there were a differences in students' mathematics anxiety is based on the obedience of worship?5) whether there were differences in students' mathematics learning outcomes based on the obedience of worship? 6) whether there were differences in students' mathematics learning outcomes based on the level of math anxiety? The method of this research is quantitative research method with survey. The design of survey is a cross-sectional design The results showed that: 1) there was not significant negative correlation between the obedience of worship with math anxiety (r = -0.116); 2) there was positive relationship between the obedience of worship with mathematics learning outcomes (r = 0.204); 3) there was not significant negative relationship between math anxiety with mathematics learning outcomes (r = -0.052); 4) There were no significant differences in students' math anxiety is based on the level of obedience of worship; 5) There were differences in students' mathematics learning outcomes based on the level of obidience of worship; 6) There were not significant differences in students' mathematics learning outcomes based on the level of math anxiety.
