    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perspektif wisatawan terhadap nilai kearifan lokal di Desa Wisata Pasir Eurih serta mengeksplorasi proses internalisasi nilai kearifan lokal dan perubahan pola pikir serta perubahan perilaku wisatawan setelah kunjungan. Desa Wisata Pasir Eurih yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Tamansari, Kabupaten Bogor, dijadikan sebagai lokasi penelitian ini. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui observasi dan in-depth interview terhadap wisatawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perspektif wisatawan terhadap kearifan lokal di Desa Wisata Pasir Eurih sebagai sesuatu yang unik, otentik, dan menarik. Peneliti juga mengidentifikasi proses internalisasi wisatawan terdiri dari tiga tahap, tahap pemaknaan awal, tahap interaksi sosial dan partisipasi aktif, dan tahap internalisasi. Dari hasil temuan ini, wisatawan memahami dan menginternalisasikan nilai kearifan lokal yang kemudian mengubah pola pikir dan perubahan perilaku pasca-kunjungan yang lebih personal dan bermakna. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pengelola desa wisata dan praktisi pariwisata untuk memperkuat strategi place-branding berbasis kearifan lokal, serta bagi akademisi untuk memperluas kajian perilaku wisatawan pasca-kunjungan tidak hanya dari sisi pemasaran, tetapi juga transformasi personal. This study aims to identify tourists' perspectives on the value of local wisdom in Pasir Eurih Tourism Village and explore the process of internalizing local wisdom values and changes in tourists' mindsets and behavior after their visit. Pasir Eurih Tourism Village, located in Tamansari Subdistrict, Bogor Regency, was selected as the research site. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through observation and in-depth interviews with tourists. The results showed that tourists' perspective on local wisdom in Pasir Eurih Tourism Village as something unique, authentic, and interesting. The researcher also identified the process of internalization of tourists consists of three stages, the initial meaning stage, the stage of social interaction and active participation, and the internalization stage. From the results of these findings, tourists understand and internalize the value of local wisdom which then changes the mindset and post-visit behaviour changes that are more personal and meaningful. This research has implications for tourism village managers and tourism practitioners to strengthen place-branding strategies based on local wisdom, as well as for academics to expand studies on tourist post visit behaviour not only from a marketing perspective but also from a personal transformation perspective.
