Abstract
Seiring berkembangnya teknologi dan perubahan kebiasaan jual-beli masyarakat, keterampilan pemasaran digital dinilai penting untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi anak tunagrahita. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan, menguji kelayakan dan efektivitas media video tutorial pemasaran produk melalui aplikasi Shopee bagi anak tunagrahita. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif-kualitatif dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi sedangkan untuk data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen tes unjuk kerja dengan subjek berjumlah 5 orang. Keabsahan data kualitatif diuji dengan triangulasi teknik. Uji validitas instrumen kuantitatif menggunakan validitas isi expert judgment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan alpa cronbach. Untuk menguji efektivitas media digunakan desain one group pretes posttest. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dan efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pemasaran produk pada anak tunagrahita karena dapat memberikan gambaran yang rinci dan konkret mengenai langkah-langkah pemasaran produk melalui aplikasi Shopee. Penelitian ini menghadirkan inovasi dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran dalam pemasaran digital yang sesuai dengan karakteristik anak tunagrahita. Dengan demikian implikasinya sebagai alternatif, guru dapat menggunakan media video tutorial yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pemasaran produk melalui aplikasi Shopee pada anak tunagrahita. Along with the development of technology and changes in people's buying and selling habits, digital marketing skills are considered important to increase the economic independence of children with intellectual disability. The purpose of this research is to develop, test the feasibility and effectiveness of product marketing video tutorial media through the Shopee application for children with disabilities. This research uses a quantitative-qualitative approach with the ADDIE development model. Qualitative data collection techniques in this study were carried out using interview techniques, observation and documentation studies, while quantitative data were carried out using performance test instruments with a total of 5 subjects. The validity of qualitative data was tested by triangulation technique. The validity test of the quantitative instrument used expert judgment content validity and the reliability test used Cronbach's alpa. To test the effectiveness of the media, a one group pretest posttest design was used. Quantitative data analysis was conducted with Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test with the help of SPSS. The results showed that the developed media is feasible to use and effective for improving product marketing skills in children with intellectual disability because it can provide a detailed and concrete description of the steps of product marketing through the Shopee application. This research presents innovation in the development of learning media in digital marketing that is in accordance with the characteristics of children with intellectual disability. Thus, the implication is that as an alternative, teachers can use the video tutorial media developed to improve product marketing skills through the Shopee application for children with intellectual disability.
