    Abstract

    Konser musik klasik angklung orkestra berhasil dibawakan oleh anak-anak dengan hambatan pendengaran dari SLBN Cicendo, pertunjukkan ini tidak menggunakan bantuan isyarat tangan dan mendapatkan apresiasi dari penonton secara langsung maupun media online serta melibatkan tamu undangan nasional dan internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pelatihan musik klasik angklung orkestra bagi anak dengan hambatan pendengaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara kepada peserta didik, pelatih, inovator pembelajaran dan pembina ekstrakurikuler serta studi dokumentasi melalui dokumen Laporan Akhir PRP dan foto video kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pelatihan diawali rapat persiapan oleh penyelenggara untuk menentukan tujuan, pemain musik, materi, metode, media dan jadwal pelatihan. Pelaksanaan pelatihan menunjukan kesesuaian yang cukup tinggi dengan perencanaan dan tahapan latihan dilakukan secara tidak terencana dan tidak terstruktur dari pelatih. Evaluasi pelatihan melalui pertunjukan konser, dengan tercapainya tiga dari empat indikator. Faktor pendukung berupa pendanaan dan kerjasama yang baik, faktor penghambat berupa pemilihan warna yang kurang jelas pada media dan kelelahan fisik dari pemain. Upaya yang dilakukan yaitu perbaikan media dan penyediaan waktu istirahat. Rekomendasi yang diberikan oleh penulis bagi penyelenggara yaitu dokumen perencanaan secara tertulis, pengenalan makna lagu, pemberian sertifikat kepada seluruh pihak, serta melibatkan semua pihak dalam penilaian hasil pelatihan. The classical angklung orchestra concert was successfully performed by children with hearing impairments from SLBN Cicendo. The performance did not use sign language and received appreciation from the audience both in person and online, as well as involving national and international guests. This study aims to describe the implementation of classical angklung orchestra music training for children with hearing impairments. The research method used was a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews with students, trainers, learning innovators, and extracurricular advisors, as well as through documentary studies using the Final Report of the PRP and photos and videos of the activities. The research results indicate that the training planning began with a preparatory meeting by the organizers to determine the objectives, musicians, materials, methods, media, and training schedule. The implementation of the training showed a high degree of alignment with the planning, but the training stages were conducted in an unplanned and unstructured manner by the trainers. Evaluation of the training through a concert performance, with three out of four indicators achieved. Supporting factors include adequate funding and good collaboration, while limiting factors include unclear color selection in the media and physical fatigue among the performers. Efforts made include improving the media and providing rest periods. The author's recommendations for organizers include written planning documents, explaining the meaning of the songs, issuing certificates to all parties, and involving all parties in evaluating the training results.
