    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perkembangan motorik halus anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui kegiatan kolase berbahan alam di Pos PAUD Kasih Bunda, Desa Jelegong, Kecamatan Cidolog, Kabupaten Ciamis. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) kolaboratif dengan model John Elliot yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 10 anak kelompok B (3 laki-laki dan 7 perempuan). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan kolase bahan alam mampu meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak, terlihat dari peningkatan skor perkembangan dari pra Siklus sebesar 40% (kategori Mulai Berkembang), menjadi 68,33% (kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan) pada siklus I, dan meningkat lagi menjadi 89,16% (kategori Berkembang Sangat Baik) pada siklus II. Kegiatan kolase bahan alam terbukti efektif dalam menstimulasi koordinasi mata dan tangan, ketelitian, dan kerapian anak secara menyenangkan. This study aims to improve the fine motor development of 5-6-year-old children through natural material collage activities at Pos PAUD Kasih Bunda, located in Jelegong Village, Cidolog Subdistrict, Ciamis Regency. This is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the John Elliot model, conducted in two cycles. The subjects were 10 group B children (3 boys and 7 girls). Data were collected through observation, field notes, and documentation. The results showed that natural material collage activities improved children's fine motor skills, as seen from the score increase from 43.3% (Developing Early) in the pre-action stage, to 73.8% (Good) in cycle 1, and up to 80.27% (Expected to Develop) in cycle II. The collage activity using natural materials effectively stimulated children's hand-eye coordination, precision, and neatness in a fun and meaningful way.
