Abstract
Pariwisata berperan penting dalam menjaga identitas lokal dan mendorong keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pelestarian budaya. Salah satu manifestasinya adalah event Nyawang Bulan di Desa Girimekar, Kecamatan Cilengkrang, Kabupaten Bandung yang dilaksanakan di Kasepuhan Bunisari. Event ini memadukan nilai-nilai budaya lokal dan wisata gastronomi khas Sunda dengan nuansa tradisional dan beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi event tersebut termasuk ke dalam event gastronomi melalui komponen gastronomi pada hidangannya, menganalisis upaya pelestarian yang dilakukan melalui event tersebut hingga inventarisasi hidangan tradisional dalam event Nyawang Bulan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi, studi literatur, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa event Nyawang Bulan dikenal sebagai event gastronomi karena memiliki beragam sajian khas sunda melalui berbagai komponen yang didapat, upaya pelestarian dilakukan melalui tindakan nya dalam bentuk digitalisasi pembuatan artikel berita, pengembangan dan pemanfaatan media sosial Instagram, serta inventarisasi menunjukan makanan tradisional khas sunda dalam event tersebut memiliki jumlah sebesar 49 jenis makanan, 4 jenis minuman, dan 4 variasi sambal yang disajikan di event Nyawang Bulan tersebut. Kesimpulannya, event Nyawang Bulan memiliki peran sebagai bentuk pelestarian wisata gastronomi di wilayah Kasepuhan Bunisari menghadirkan event kebudayaan dan kuliner yang edukatif dan informatif. Tourism plays an important role in preserving local identity and encouraging community involvement in cultural preservation. One manifestation of this is the Nyawang Bulan event in Girimekar Village, Cilengkrang District, Bandung Regency, which is held at Kasepuhan Bunisari. This event combines local cultural values and Sundanese gastronomic tourism with traditional and diverse nuances. This study aims to identify the event as a gastronomic event through the gastronomic components of its dishes, analyse the preservation efforts carried out through the event, and inventory the traditional dishes in the Nyawang Bulan event. The method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observation, literature study, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Nyawang Bulan event is known as a gastronomic event because it offers a variety of Sundanese specialities through various components obtained, Preservation efforts are carried out through actions in the form of digitising news articles, developing and utilising Instagram social media, and inventorying shows that traditional Sundanese foods at the event include 49 types of food, 4 types of drinks, and 4 variations of sambal served at the Nyawang Bulan event. In conclusion, the Nyawang Bulan event plays a role in preserving gastronomic tourism in the Kasepuhan Bunisari area by presenting an educational and informative cultural and culinary event.
